Many people think that food blogging is a dream job, and that anyone with a semi decent palate can take this on as a full time career. However, blogging about food, beer, wine and the hospitality industry in general is hard work. A few things to keep in mind when pursuing this path would be to take it seriously, and really hone your photography and writing skills. By improving in these areas you would be able to convey to hundreds and thousands or people, if you are lucky, your unique experiences in restaurants and bars. Keep in mind that your audience is trusting your recommendations, so you must practice integrity!
